Research Highlights on Shaped Charge Technology & Inductrack
Research Highlights on Shaped Charge Technology & Inductrack is a small report on experiments conduced by Lawrence Livermore, who successfully tested a shaped charge that penetrated 3.4 meters of high-strength armor steel. Lawrence Livermore and his team have used use a variety of complementary diagnostic tools during experiments with shaped charges.
The magnetically levitating high-speed train does not require superconducting coils or stability control circuits. The new technology, called Inductrack, employs special arrays of permanent magnets that induce strong repulsive currents in a track made up of coils, pushing up on the cars and levitating them
