How do I cancel my account?

You will need to lodge a support ticket with either the email address that you signed up with or your transaction ID or the last name of the person that signed up here. Alternatively, (and preferably), log in to your customer service area and cancel yourself, full instructions are included in the signup email.

Can I pay by money order or cash?

YES. Simply choose the "KAGI" payment option to pay by money order, cash or check.

How secure is my personal information when I signup?

Your information is more secure than ordering by phone, mail and many other methods. How can I access the information?

Credit card is the preferred method of signup.

You can join from each topic's page. Fill out the short form to register a username and password to login to the site. Follow the prompts to pay by credit card. You are now a member.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions you receive in the email at the time of signup or else email support to cancel it for you.

How long does my membership last?

If you wish to join for one month then that is fine, if you wish to remain a member for 6 months then that is fine as well. Just cancel your account, or email support to cancel your account when you wish to end your subscription.

Can I download the documents to my computer?

Of course! However, the information found within the members section is constantly evolving and being updated with new information. Even if you did login and download all the documents, the next month there would be newer ones.

Is your information legal? Will I breach any laws for reading the material on your site?

All our information complies with US information laws. There is no way that you can get in to any sort of trouble by joining weaponscombat.com. It is a legitimate business and everything is "above board". If you have doubts whether the information is legal in your country then i strongly suggest you contact the appropriate information center to inquire. Is any of my personal or billing information stored on your site?

If I cancel my membership on the day after I signup will my account still work?

You membership will remain active till the end of the billing term. I.e. If you signup on the 1st of january and then cancel on the 5th of january, you membership (login and password) will remain active until the 1st of February regardless.
